Just yesterday i was thinking what to blog because all those grannys out there are nagging and nagging at me to blog!

Now I have a juicy story to share later! Now, i'll just share some camwhore pictures!

Story time!

Its a really long and juicy story! Of course, I got no time to blog so i shall simplify everything! No names will be mentioned though. Lets just say that this particular story consist of K, S, and DB2.

The drama started when S told me that he is attached to K. K told me they are just dating. So S told me K broke up with him and he wants to drink.

So he came my house for Sleepover one night and drank 2 cups of Jack Daniels. Then ...

*Drunk*

*Puke all over my bed, carpet, floor and dustbin*

*I brought in a pail of water and cloth and he stumbled upon the pail on his way to the toilet and spilled it all over my room*

*Stares in horror because i have no idea how to clean up the mess*

*He Went to sleep in my living room and left me alone with the pail and cloth*

*called K to complain*

*K told me i will earn a gazillion good karma*

When S wakes up, he went to date my friend DB2.

WTF right?!

PS: IM SOOOO SORRY WITH THE SIMPLIFIED BLOG ENTRY. I TOOK 2 DAYS JUST TO DO THIS POST :( Im DAMN busyyyy. :(

I swear my next post ill be sincere okay. Hahahahha. BTW, The princess and the Frog was AWESOME!

Synopsis

The king (or an old peasant woman, in Lang's version) sets his three sons to marry, and tests their chosen brides. The king tells them to shoot arrows and find their brides where the arrows land, and the youngest prince's arrow is picked up by a frog. The two older sons may already have girls picked out, but the youngest son -- Ivan Tsarevich in the Russian version -- is at a loss until a friendly frog takes pity on him and offers to marry him. In Calvino's version, the princes use slings rather than bows and arrows. In the Greek version, the princes set out to find their brides one by one; the older two are already married by the time the third sets out.

The king then assigns his three prospective daughters-in-law various tasks, such as spinning cloth and baking bread. In every task the frog far outdoes the lazy brides-to-be of the older brothers; in some versions, she uses magic to accomplish the tasks, the other brides attempt to emulate her and cannot do the magic. Still, the young prince is ashamed of his froggy bride, until she is magically transformed into a princess.

In the Russian story, the last test may be dancing, with the frog bride having shed her skin; the prince then burns it, to her dismay. If he had waited, she would have been free, but he has lost her. He then sets out to find her again and meets up with Baba Yaga, whom he impresses with his spirit, demanding to know why she has not offered him hospitality. She may tell him that Koschei has his bride captive, and how to find the magic needle, without which Koschei will be helpless; with that, he rescues his bride. In other versions, his wife flies into Baba Yaga's hut as a bird; he catches her, she turns into a lizard, and he can not hold on. Baba Yaga rebukes him and sends him to her sister; there he fails again, but is sent to the third sister, where he catches her, and no transformations break her free again.

In some versions of the story, the transformation is a reward for her good nature; in others, she is transformed by witches out of amusement; and in others, she is revealed to have been an enchanted princess all along.

Saw this video last night and thought that it was very cute and beautiful.



Its true that we are moving towards that direction, but you can't deny that its really hard to be together within different religions especially the Muslims and non-Muslims.

Agreed?

So marrying someone of a different religion isn't as ideal-a-thought.

REALLY wordy LONG POST.

Im combining 2 post together because they are equally important!


I seldom talk about my advertorials but I have something to say against A Christmas Carol.

IT IS THE MOST DRAGGY and BORING movie ever. I think the storyline isnt that bad, but somehow the animation made it as boring as hell.

Xiaxue was just a few seats away and left halfway because it was SO BORING.

*shudders*

I didnt understand what some of them were saying because i can't make out what the wispy airy voice the voice of Christmas Past were saying.

And WHY do they have to prolong the story. It was dreadfully draggy.

In reality, we breakup by saying we are breaking up. But in the movie, they are using Old English and were saying something about "I'm releasing you." Wtf is that supposed to mean?

I had my fair share of the drama saga in school.

I really regretted going to a poly because I just hate doing projects after projects as I'd rather study.

Initially I chose poly to Jc because I wanted the freedom and wanting to have that dressing-say in school, and my shitty O level results can't get me into a JC I want.

I was extremely upset in school today and I realised that I have not adapted to poly life! Even Kailyn is adapting and she was telling me how I shouldn't give up. ( I wanted to withdraw from school.)
~Relax! don't preach me about the importance of education because I already know it!~ Ill continue the details at the bottom of the post.

If anyone were to sought my advice since I have been through this phase and experienced the Poly route, I would say go to a JC and work REALLY hard.

Its funny that how I use to mock my friends who are in JC that they have to give up their life for A levels because at the end of the day, Poly's three years are really just a prolonged 2 years of suffering.

3 years of shitty people and some lecturer (Just 1) = 2 years with no life

But then again, how accurate is that?

I've got friends who are in Raffles and Hwa Chong JC who party all day and night scoring distinctions for A levels!

But I guess this scenario doesn't apply to majority of the crowd does it?

I'm going to come up with 5 reasons why you shouldn't go to a Poly.

1. If you are unmotivated and lazy, you are doomed.

2. If you are not good with playing politics and can't put up a mask like me, you are bound to be eaten and placed under the bottom of a food chain.

3. The pain of dressing up every single day. (Of course it doesn't apply to people who don't care about grooming. But it's ironic because it was one of the biggest reason I chose to go to a Poly.)

4. It doesn't matter if your lecturers are the one at fault because you just can't do anything about it.

In worst scenarios, they will just say "I'm out there in the media industry and I seen more things. You can't survive."

So Untrue. All the things he described about the media industry and the stuff he said about Mediacorp is totally different from what I've experienced.

At least in JC you can complain to the principal and MOE and make a big fuss over small stuff but don't even think about it in poly. The lecturers LITERALLY control your grades. When you try to reason with them they will always use "Im experienced in the media industry" and if they are losing the argument, they will be like "If you are not happy, then leave".

I really hate lecturers that say this and especially this, "In the media industry, if you are late for 1 min, you lose the job."

Like Hello?! We can't afford to be late in the industry itself because we are PAID to be early.

Obviously when we PAY thousands of dollars to be in your Poly to learn technical and useful stuff, don't tell me I can't afford to be late with valid reasons that you somehow have your own theories to put down!?

So don't give me the crappy analogy which will fail us just because you don't feel that the person is cut out to be in the industry LMAO.

5. The campus is HUGE. To walk from 1 class to another is like #$#%@$.

6. Somehow, the people from Elite JCs kind of look down on you even though you CAN go to a JC just that you chose not to.

I guess you only have yourself to blame!

7. JC students' transport charges are SO CHEAP. Poly students pay 2.5 times more then JC students which is freaking unfair!

Its like we are already paying 100 times school fees (actually more then that) more then JC students!

8. I could just go on and on but I'm tired from the long drama saga with my lecturer and WIKIPEDIA.

So after telling you my experience of Poly life, I URGE you to choose wisely. (actually i think some of the reasons only apply to Mass Comm related courses. Maybe design related too. I don't know about that)

If I'm happy with the amount of comments I recieved about this issue, I will dedicate name and dedicate a post to all the stuff that happens in NYP when i leave the school 2 years later because obviously even our views are controlled. Free speech in Singapore? My ASS.

As promised, I'll blog about the conversation Kailyn and I had in school.
Kailyn was telling me to stop showing the lecturers my Prissy Diva side and just try to tone down because not everyone can accept you for who you are. They feel offended when you do/say certain stuff because not everyone are in the same situation you are in. Stuff that we see as normal and sorry to say, we take for granted at times, are valued alot by others.

It's like I know i can be difficult at times but I never associated myself with Prissy. I have been called Divo (male Diva) my whole life so I can't be bothered to address this anymore.

All I can say is that i never really thought over what i do and things I say. At times, I don't even realise that I offend people - therefore, deduced me to Divo. Shallow?

Why should we oppress ourselves in order to please others? I feel REALLY sad about it.

Kailyn says, "I don't believe in changing myself to please others but if it makes you a better person, why not?"

Make sense.

You know what is wierd?

I never thought Kailyn considered me as a friend, but she told me she does. (you know i have very clear definition of friends right? If you are my friend, I will stand up for you)

Well. I guess I'm always at the extremes with people.

A few days ago Joselin's twittered, "unknown tagger is so crude& hopes tt i change for him/her. what?!" ( I know its ironic that Im using Joselin's words but im just trying to make a point. )

Speaking of which, Do you know who's the biggest loser in the world?



The people who expose people's private lives and make things up as well as provide sources for tabloids with unsupported infomation. They don't have much of a life do they?

What happened?

I was googling my lecturers' names in class and found out alot of interesting facts about lecturers you like and dislike. And I realised that despite some lecturers(my friends know who i am refering to) claiming how experienced they are and how much they have seen, its only to your outmost disappointment that their names don't bring back any results other then a twitter account that is inactive and cold.

At the same time, you reap interesting facts that your very own lecturer (that you like) was once the Assistant Vice President of Mediacorp Tv before she somehow decided to come to NYP to teach! How cool is that! There are number of lecturers which i really love like Mr John Ho(Mr nice guy. He really cares unlike some lecturers.), Ms Soo Siew Lee(interesting, reasonable and as fun as hell), Mr Chong (he is kinda eccentric but reminds me of myself alot!), Ms Ang Lip Khoon (should win the nicest lecturer award) and sorry if i missed out any other lecturers!

OKAY IM DIGRESSING. ITS NOT TIME FOR MR and MISS LECTURER AWARD.

So i got bored in Mr Randall's class because he has to take a phone outside and i started searching my name. (Yes. I do that because its so interesting as you will always discover new stuff about yourself you never knew!)

This time I got more than I bargained for. I came across this website called WikiWak Show Biz blog or something and was damn taken back by what i saw. Click here.

EXCELLENT JOB RIGHT?

I was damn pissed and upset that someone had brought up my family's issues (WHICH IS OF NO FUCKING CONCERN TO THEM). Its not that I'm ashamed. I'm not ashamed and I have nothing to hide. But it just doesn't feel nice that your entire family history is up on World Wide Web. I need my private space!

And obviously the person the provided these sources dislike me and it is SO obvious that part of infomation provided under Personal Life is by someone who didn't like me in class (so obvious who the person is).

This particular sentence,

"Subsequently, he flunked a few tests (to the delight of his fellow project teammates who could never get hold of him for group work). He repented his ways and vowed to commit himself more to school work and less to show biz...Of course his manager was upset, but hey, you can't please everyone now, can you?"

FIRSTLY. The style of writing is SO NOT wikipedia. And WTF do you mean by to the delight of his fellow teammates? And No. I DID NOT FLUNK ANY TEST.

And the ENTIRE Violent Scandal was bullshit.

I would like to clarify some stuff because obviously, a lecturer in NYP loves to encourage bullying instead of discouraging it.

I had enough of him. From making fun of Malaysians to suggesting that my friend, Kailyn is stupid to everyone?

I call it bullying. Don't think that people's fine with it because they just pretend to be fine with it as i said, there is nothing they can do because you control their marks.

I think there us a limit to how much you can joke about even if you don't mean it.

And i heard of the conversation you had with the class about the Wikipedia page.

I am NOT so free to do such a page and it was done by other people. (obviously im the victim here)

I have seen the wikipedia page before but my ex manager requested it to be deleted. And i still have prove. I sent an email to delete the article.


But after awhile someone tried to upload it again.

At this point, I cannot be bothered anymore, so I ignored it as it didnt have much infomation at that point of time.

HOWEVER it escalated as more people starts adding on to the page.

And the last time i saw the page, it wasn't this DETAILED.

I wouldn't have found out if i hadn't googled my name!

Actually there is something for everyone to think about.

I have never harmed anyone or invoke malice as a practise, in fact, i always try to help when asked. All the little little things like helping you to hold your bag, holding the door for you, sharing my snacks and caring for the people around me when they are down. Why is that there are people that just insist on harming me and spreading false stuff about me.

Doesnt it go on peoples concious that i never done anything to harm them and they are like constantly trying to hurt me? Heh. Something for people to think about.

This is actually called bullying. It's true.

I keep asking why does it seem like people that don't even know me keep wanting a piece of me even though there isn't any REAL reasons and people that are actually, are, just classmates (nothing beyond that) is dying to find a reason among themselves to add on to make themselves more socially recognized and acknowledged?!

I guess this is the real world we are living in.

Benita sis and several other friends(can't remember who, i think Tricia's one of them) told me that people are just jealous and wants to rip some of my stuff off.

Is it the truth?

Then again, there is this classmate I have that I NEVER ONCE hurt him or done anything to him. And likewise, i NEVER thought he would harm me. But he did.

And after that, he came apologizing to me on msn after all the damage he did.

I was wondering, should I post the conversation? Yes.

Intentions? To show the public (since they like to go public (like on wiki) so much, mind as well let them have the "fame" they seek) the so called REAL reason to hate me if you are not considered my friend in school.

Ohhh! I get it! So basically, you see my efforts to be less of a Divo and be PUNCTUAL for class but you can't stand my attitude for school!

What has it got to do with you? Is this even a valid reason? You even admited that you were not paying attention to, so i don't get what your intentions are?

Speaking of professionalism and mixing personal feelings DONT FUCKING GET ME STARTED! XJ and his group of friends as well as other people (who may or may not have reasons to dislike me) are EXTREMELY biased towards me when it comes to work.

My opinions and suggestions are not taken into consideration as they claim that I have dumb and irrelevant ideas and if i can't make it for group meetings, it automatically becomes my fault and that i did not contribute to the group? And if i DO attend, I won't be of much help because I'm too dumb. So I'm to sit there and shut my mouth and watch them do work, BUT AGAIN, I am accused of not paying attention to them!

Okay to be fair, sometimes, my ideas are used. But I'm never credited and shouldn't be awarded marks for peer appraisal nevertheless because I am too dumb and phrased it in the "wrong" way.

And people will be like it was ****(whoever that restructured my sentence first) idea and he is so smart!!!

For example,

I said during Ethics module, " I think we will publish the story about this person's past acts even though he is a good person now but try to put it in anothe ..." And I'm cut off.

Then this person will be like, "No! its not ethical! Since the person has changed why do you want to expose his past? You know what we should do? We should publish the story but make it like we are exposing him but in a good way about how he turned from bad to good."

And I would be like "i just said that?"
**** "no you didnt say that! you said we should publish his past deeds only! So dumb!"
Me: " ...." (okay he didnt say so dumb but i kinda feel it.)

No offence If you know im talking about u.

See what i mean? As you can see from the conversation, I cannot be bothered to reply him anymore. Obviously he has AWESOME reasons to dislike me, bitch me and try to hurt me with a pointless email sent to the entire class trying to humiliate me. What other things could he have done? Could he have provided Wanbao or wikipedia with stuff? *shrugs*

I meant, who is he to judge me and then come up with stupid reasons to dislike me?

You know, reasons like I hate you because you are so UGLY would be a much better reason!


Please don't mention the word friend between me and you because obviously i would never be your friend now that I've seen you hurt me and after that, smile at me and apologise. Save it. If you really meant it. Show it.

PS: Oh. The guilty lecturer that is reading this, don't think that after setting this pile of trails, you will be a free man. I SWEAR if Strait Times or Wanbao Wants to interview me, I'll ACCEPT it this time round and I'll name you and all the stuff you said!

PSS: The point of this entry is that I really dislike the fact that people know me from wikipedia and not myself. Taunting. I want people to know me personally and not through some website etc.

Update on 19 November: I always said there are REALLY REALLY nice people in my school. Not only did they talk to the class about the whole saga, I think my lecturer read it too! He called me suddenly 5 mins ago and told me that he wants me to present my work. (previously, he was going to fail me because i was 10 mins late.)

Cassandra said he is human too. LOL! (she feels that its awkward when i quote her here)

Well. I called strait times to cancel the interview.

But this does not mean all those things didnt take place in the past. Although life may get better now, its still not going to change the fact it happened before.

We shall see how everything goes!

As some of my closer friends already know, I have a Blackberry now! *excited*

How can i not share the awesomeness of Berry?! Do i even have to start on how incredibly good a Blackberry is?

There is a few things i would proudly declare.

From now on,

1) I'm on msn 24/7

2) I'll never get lost because i have a satellite navigator in it!

3) I can twitter all the time, anywhere and anytime

4) I can read emails instantly. Mails sent to me are forwarded instantly to my Berry as message.

5) I can pair up with people and chat with them all over the world!

6) Come across to people with a smarter persona. (If i don't understand conversations - E.g APEC Submit, I can always google the topic instantly/secretly while pretending i have to reply to a message)

7) I don't have to give unknown people my number anymore, just get them to msn me. (So tempted to change my number but its a nice number. *sad*)

8) E-shopping when you are bored waiting for the public transport or something.

Are those cool or what?

Despite the awesomeness of Berries, we must be aware of sour grapes and mac evangelist around. Xiaxue already gone there, there is no need for me to go about them again.

Shes not the only one getting such comments, MANY of Berry users are getting such comments as well!

I really need to address those people who keeps telling me Blackberry suck and I have been conned(though they NEVER had one) because they heard from friends etc. I'm grossly pissed when i hear people telling me their Nokia/Iphones(extremely hot topic)/other smartphones is much better than a Blackberry.

THIS IS SO UNTRUE!

I had an iphone and it sucked, so i sold it away and bought an itouch instead. (trust me its much better than the phone itself)

I must say that initially, i was very uncomfortable with the qwerty keypads on my berry, but i got used to it in a day.

I think people that thinks iphone is much better than the berry belongs to 2 catagories.

1) Extremely egoistic(they feel intimidated by people with berries)

2) Narrow-minded (to put it bluntly, it means stupid)

Seriously. If the berry's so bad why are all the Hollywood stars using them?!

Jessica Simpson at the airport.

Leona hiding her berry so Mac evangelist will just shut up. She's too nice to make a statement.

Ashley Tisdale can't leave her berry.

Beyonce looking like she just got invited to a Single Ladies' party on her berry.

Mariah looks like she can't live without her berry.

so.. Yes. I got my Berry. Elated.

Saving up for driving lessons.

Planning my financial ability to afford a cheap cheap car next year so i can drive to school. (screw public transport and rude cabbies)

Room is extremely comfy and complete at last.

Not prepared for all my performance.

Considering Botox. I think im getting older. My skins starting to sag, i think. (could be psychological, I don't know.) So I'm fixing and appointment with Dr Georgia Lee soon.

Im damn bored.

Nothing to blog.

Oh. And screw those suckers in my school.

Err, OH.

And I'd Like to apologise to everyone for ditching them for their halloween parties because I caught a cold. Was bloody sick on Sat. Will make up to you guys this Sat.

If i don't sleep now, my lecturers will be yelling at me tomorrow. So Nights!
